Specifically, TM-SmiRs, a 𝐓oehold 𝐌ediated 𝐒trand displacement 𝗺𝗶cro𝐑NA 𝐬creening package, was built with the objective of providing a unified toolkit to select clinically relevant humnan microRNA targets with optimal properties for hybridisation.
